Flag Spruce Initiative is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in West Virginia. Founded in 2020 by brothers Michael and Kylenn Criste, Flag Spruce Initiative seeks to carry out their vision of creating a state which is culturally rich, environmentally sustainable, and economically secure.
